We at Ghost Graphx believe in great customer service but also pride ourselves in our work. Since our products are digital files, we cannot allow returns or refunds after purchase and completion of our products. However, if the product is currently in its drafting phase, we will garuntee a full refund. In the event of cancelling a project, all ownership, copyrights and the original artwork are retained by Ghost Graphx. Fraud, abuse and theft will be reported as a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request to the appropriate streaming service or social platform.

SHIPPING INFO
Since our products are digital files, you will be emailed ALL files of your purchased product in a .ZIP format within the products completion timeframe. It is Recommended that you have some sort of archiver software such as WinRAR or WinZip.
