Since our products are digital files, we cannot allow returns or refunds after purchase and completion of our products. However, if the product is currently in its drafting phase, we will garuntee a full refund. In the event of cancelling a project, all ownership, copyrights and the original artwork are retained by Ghost Graphx. Fraud, abuse and theft will be reported as a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown request to the appropriate streaming service or social platform.
